       RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

1. ALL VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED BELOW. NO DROP INS ALLOWED.
2. We do NOT need promotional materials unless we specifically ask for them. Please do not put anything besides samples into the sample bins.
3. Overly aggressive sales behavior is not tolerated. Our providers practice in an independent manner and within their comfort levels. Interactions with industry are designed to be educational/informative.  Requests for “More Scripts” or analogous requests will result in ban from additional scheduling.
4.  All our preferences are listed below. Check this page just prior to placing an order as staff preferences and availability may change.
5. Do unto others as you want others to do unto you. Representatives who remove or tamper with competitor’s samples or displays will be banned.
6. Please do not linger in the hallways. We will engage you in our lunch room in the back. Waiting in the hallway violates HIPAA privacy principles and interrupts our workflow and impedes patient care.
7. Please do not bring ad lib unhealthy snacks. We never want Bundt cakes, donuts, or pretzels. Please stick to our preferences below and if you bring something off the list, it must be healthy (fruits, veggies, etc.)
